2 – For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At METHANOL REFORMER S.L., we process the information provided by data subjects in order to manage the business relationship between us in all its aspects, from the execution of the sales contract and/or service provision and everything associated with it, to maintaining contact and sending commercial communications by electronic means.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as our business relationship is maintained and for up to five years from the last purchase or completion of the service.

4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is that it is necessary for the performance of a sales contract and/or service provision to which you are a party.

The processing of your data to send you commercial communications by email or other electronic means will be carried out in accordance with Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, which allows us to send you commercial communications similar to or related to the product or service originally purchased, unless you express your opposition to such communications (see the “Rights” section below).

5. To which recipients will your data be disclosed?

During the processing period, METHANOL REFORMER S.L. will not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required, nor will it carry out any international data transfers.

However, METHANOL REFORMER S.L. may collaborate with third-party service providers that we may contract. For the provision of such services, these providers may need access to your personal data, which they will process with all legally required guarantees, following our instructions and after signing a data protection agreement requiring, among other things, that they process the data exclusively for the agreed purposes, apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, and delete and return the data upon completion of the service.

At METHANOL REFORMER S.L., we follow strict criteria for selecting third-party service providers in order to comply with our data protection obligations.
